From source opportunity to reviewable response
Keep the opportunity, organizational evidence, decisions, response artifacts, and review findings together instead of rebuilding context in a general writing tool. The source may be a public or private procurement request, a government solicitation, or a grant opportunity.
1. Add the source and evidence
Bring the opportunity and the evidence your organization can stand behind into one private workspace. Conventional PDF, DOCX, TXT, and authorized public web sources work best.
2. Confirm the response lens
ContractQuill suggests a Government Contract, Commercial RFP, or Grant lens from the source. Confirm the lens before requirements and evidence are assessed; an RFQ or RFI may use the commercial procurement lens.
3. Assess fit and gaps
Find qualification barriers, missing evidence, delivery risks, and unanswered requirements before your team commits its response effort.
4. Draft, review, and export
Produce a structured response package, run review and QA checks, edit the saved content, and export Word or PDF files for accountable human completion.
Three response lenses
The market changes. The evidence discipline stays.
ContractQuill uses the source opportunity and your organizational evidence to keep each response grounded in what the buyer, public procuring organization, or funder actually asks for.
Commercial RFP, RFQ, or RFI
For consultants, proposal professionals, and small teams answering public or private buyer requirements, scope, evaluation criteria, delivery expectations, and commercial inputs. Connect capabilities, case studies, personnel, assumptions, and pricing inputs to the requested response. ContractQuill uses its Commercial RFP workflow lens for these procurement requests.
Grant
For nonprofits, schools, educators, and other organizations working from funder guidelines, notices, outcomes, budgets, and attachments. Organize mission, program, capability, and outcome evidence around the funder's stated questions. Grant packages use the same existing proposal credits as other packages.
Government Contract
ContractQuill's government-contracting specialty for contractors responding to solicitations, amendments, evaluation criteria, representations, and required attachments. Assess source-stated eligibility and past-performance evidence, map requirements, and prepare a traceable package for responsible review. Government requirements are not assumed for other workflows.
The deliverable
A structured response package with evidence and review built in
Not generic AI writing. The workspace keeps requirements connected to organizational evidence and shows what still needs a human answer, edit, approval, or decision.
- Source opportunity and amendment/context analysis
- Workflow suggestion and confirmation
- Fit decision and qualification-gap analysis
- Requirement traceability and compliance matrix
- Organizational-evidence mapping
- Evaluation-criteria and outcome coverage
- Response architecture and section planning
- Technical, management, staffing, or program frameworks
- Past performance, case study, or outcomes mapping
- Forms, attachments, budget, and signature checklist
- Review, consistency, and requirement-coverage QA
- Editable Word (.docx) and PDF exports on paid plans
You remain responsible for validating facts, budgets or pricing, eligibility, certifications, representations, signatures, and the final submission. ContractQuill flags unsupported inputs instead of inventing them; its review findings are not verified qualifications or a guarantee of compliance.
Formats and practical boundaries
Bring conventional source material
Start with PDF, DOCX, or TXT files, or a public web source that your team is authorized to use, plus organizational evidence such as capabilities, prior work, personnel, programs, or outcomes. Use the source stated by the buyer or funder as the authority.
Know what still needs your team
Excel workbooks, vendor questionnaires, portal-only fields, and complex multivolume packages may require manual preparation or review. ContractQuill exports Word and PDF response documents; it does not complete restricted portals, auto-submit, or bundle a ZIP of supporting attachments.
Unclassified data and accountable review
Unclassified only: Do not upload CUI, classified materials, export-controlled (ITAR) information, or other restricted data. A public web source must not be treated as permission to access a login-gated portal.
AI disclosure: ContractQuill uses language models to analyze source material and assist with package drafts. The system does not verify facts, budgets, pricing, certifications, or eligibility.
No auto-submission: ContractQuill helps prepare and review your package. Your team must edit, approve, and submit through the opportunity's stated channel; no award or grant is guaranteed.
