1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ContractQuill, you agree to these Terms. ContractQuill is an independent software tool and is not affiliated with the U.S. Government.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

We do not guarantee contract awards, compliance accuracy, or factual correctness of generated drafts. You are solely responsible for validating all representations, certifications, pricing, and facts before submission.

3. Payment

We offer a $10 one-time Single purchase and monthly recurring Pro ($19.99/month) and Growth ($39.99/month) subscriptions in US dollars. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial on either recurring plan; a valid card is required upfront, and Stripe automatically charges the agreed monthly rate after 7 days unless cancelled. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed prices without automatic migration or proration. The trial is for new subscribers only, with one trial per account. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel through your dashboard billing portal.
