1. Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us when using ContractQuill. This includes company data, uploaded documents, and authentication details.

2. Guest Fit Checks, Data Security & Restrictions

You can try one anonymous Fit Check without creating an account. Its result is visible only when the current attempt completes on its active page; leaving or reloading does not reopen the anonymous report. To view it again, explicitly save it to an authenticated dashboard while the fresh result is shown. Submitted opportunity text, company evidence, and extracted file text expire after 24 hours unless you complete that authenticated save. Expired guest data is no longer accessible and is deleted by periodic cleanup while the service is running, or when it next starts or receives guest traffic. Guest evidence is associated with an HttpOnly session cookie and is not stored in browser local storage. This system is for UNCLASSIFIED data only; do not upload CUI, classified, or ITAR-restricted information.

3. AI Processing

Uploaded documents are processed using third-party AI providers (OpenAI). Data is transmitted securely and is not used to train base models.

4. Product Analytics

When analytics is enabled on the published website, we measure submitted opportunity searches to understand demand. Terms are normalized and length-limited. Searches containing obvious email addresses, phone numbers, web addresses, or secrets are suppressed rather than sent. The event does not include account identities, organization-profile fields, issuer or agency fields, or other advanced filter inputs. Browser privacy tools may prevent measurement.
